With extensive experience across both the NHS and private practice, our physiotherapists are committed to helping you relieve pain, restore movement and rebuild resilience, so you can get back to doing the things that matter most.

All of our physiotherapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Emily Bourne

Emily Bourne

Emily has over 16 years' experience working across both the NHS and private sector. She continues to work part time within local GP practices in an Advanced Clinical Practitioner role, assessing complex musculoskeletal conditions and supporting patients who may require further investigations, specialist referrals or advanced treatment options. This role has further developed her skills in assessment, diagnostics and clinical decision making.

Emily's clinical background is in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports injury management. She has extensive experience working with football and rugby through roles at Fulham FC, New Zealand Football and Tawa Rugby Club (NZ). Her sporting experience has made her a skilled clinician in the assessment and rehabilitation of injuries, although she enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels.

Emily has a particular interest in shoulder, neck and upper quadrant conditions. She is a strong believer in the value of hands-on physiotherapy and enjoys combining manual therapy with tailored rehabilitation programmes to help people move better, build confidence and return to the activities they enjoy.

Over the last five years, Emily has also developed a specialist interest in oncology physiotherapy, cancer rehabilitation and scar therapy. She regularly works with people recovering from cancer treatment and surgery, helping them manage fatigue, restore movement and regain confidence during and after treatment. Her experience is particularly valuable for those recovering from breast cancer surgery and other upper quadrant procedures.

Emily has undertaken extensive post-graduate training in manual therapy, acupuncture, scar therapy and oncology rehabilitation, and has completed Masters-level modules in Musculoskeletal Advanced Clinical Practice.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys football, jazz and spending time with her growing family.

Anne Monk

Anne qualified from St Mary's Hospital, Paddington and has over 35 years' experience working across both the NHS and private sector. Throughout her career she has developed extensive expertise in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, helping people of all ages regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Anne has a particular interest in spinal pain, shoulder conditions and lower limb rehabilitation. She also has considerable experience supporting people following orthopaedic surgery, guiding them through every stage of recovery, from the early post-operative period through to returning to full function. Her breadth of experience allows her to confidently manage both complex presentations and conditions that can be treated conservatively without surgery.

When working with clients, Anne combines hands-on manual therapy with tailored exercise rehabilitation and practical self-management strategies. She believes in treating the whole person rather than simply the symptoms, taking the time to understand each individual's goals, lifestyle and barriers to recovery.

Alongside her clinical work, Anne runs Trinity Physiotherapy's Fitness and Rehabilitation Class. These small-group sessions combine strength, mobility, balance and core exercises to help clients build confidence, improve resilience and maintain the progress made during physiotherapy treatment.

Outside of work, Anne enjoys an active lifestyle and has a longstanding interest in sport, particularly running, netball, tennis and horse riding.

Lauren Betts-Bucke

Lauren Betts-Bucke

Lauren qualified from the University of Nottingham in 2011 and has extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions across both the NHS and private sector. She continues to work part time as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner within the NHS, assessing complex presentations and developing advanced skills in diagnosis, clinical reasoning and patient management.

Lauren has a particular interest in spinal and hip pain, persistent musculoskeletal conditions / chronic pain. She is also Trinity Physiotherapy's Rheumatology Specialist, supporting people living with inflammatory and long-term musculoskeletal conditions to improve their function, confidence and quality of life.

Alongside her post-graduate training in manual therapy and acupuncture, Lauren has a special interest in the relationship between pain, wellbeing and overall health. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, combining hands-on physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation and practical strategies such as breathwork and mindfulness where appropriate, helping people better understand and manage their symptoms.

As a keen weightlifter and athletics enthusiast, Lauren has a particular appreciation for the demands of strength training and sport. She enjoys helping active individuals return to training safely, whilst also supporting those who simply want to move more comfortably and confidently in everyday life.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her young family, baking and relaxing with a good book.

Julia Marson

Julia Marson

Julia qualified from the University of Hertfordshire in 2005 and began her career in the NHS before specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. In 2011, she joined the Ministry of Defence, where she spent many years assessing and treating a wide range of overload, traumatic and sporting injuries. This experience has given her extensive expertise in rehabilitation, injury prevention and helping people safely return to work, sport and everyday activities.

Julia has a particular interest in hand and wrist injuries, alongside the assessment and management of acute musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. She has also worked within rugby, providing pitch-side cover and physiotherapy support to both men's and women's teams. These roles further developed her skills in acute injury assessment, rehabilitation and return-to-sport planning.

Alongside her physiotherapy work, Julia has a passion for exercise-based rehabilitation and helping people build long-term strength and confidence. She runs the popular 'Mummy and Baby Pilates' classes at Woking Gymnastics Club, supporting women through the post-natal period with safe, effective exercise tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Julia believes in taking a practical and supportive approach to rehabilitation, helping people understand their condition, regain confidence in movement and return to the activities they enjoy.

Outside of work, Julia is a busy mum of two young girls and enjoys watching and playing rugby, horse riding and cooking.

Sara Hill

Sara qualified from the University of Southampton in 2012 and has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy throughout her career. Alongside her work at Trinity Physiotherapy, she continues to work within the NHS as an MSK Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, giving her extensive experience in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Sara has a particular interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation. She has over 10 years' experience working within rugby, including as Head Physiotherapist for a National One rugby club. This experience has given her advanced skills in acute injury assessment, injury management and helping athletes safely return to sport following injury.

In addition to sporting injuries, Sara has considerable experience supporting people through post-operative rehabilitation and helping them regain strength, mobility and confidence after surgery. She enjoys working with active individuals but is equally passionate about helping people return to the activities that matter most to them, whether that is competitive sport, exercise or everyday life.

Sara takes a practical and goal-focused approach to physiotherapy, combining evidence-based treatment with tailored rehabilitation programmes to help people achieve lasting results.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys an active lifestyle and is passionate about sport, with cycling being a particular favourite.

Ellie is Trinity’s Practice Manager and is often the first point of contact for patients. She helps keep the clinic running smoothly, supporting bookings, enquiries and the day-to-day patient experience.
