“Cannot recommend Emily highly-enough. She managed to support me to run a marathon after a bad knee injury just a couple of months before. Uses a variety of up-to-date techniques and offers great support through massage work and training recommendations.”

“A massive thank you to Trinity and particularly Anne Monk, your professionalism and diligence helped me get over chronic Achilles pain.
I am starting to run again and that would not have been possible without you.
Thank you again”

“Since I started treatment with Lauren for a slipped disc, I have seen a marked improvement in my mobility and overall comfort. She has explained each stage of treatment with clarity and patience, which has been invaluable whilst I await an orthopaedic referral. Lauren's warm and reassuring approach put me at ease from the outset, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“Anne has taken wonderful care of my mum. My mum went to Anne barely able to walk and she is now back on her feet and working towards getting back to her exercise classes.
We will certainly be back if either of us require physio.”

“Absolutely brilliant Physiotherapy. Cannot fault the team at Trinity. They moved things around to see me quickly and were fantastic. Really great service that diagnosed the issue with my back, gave a clear explanation and delivered an exercise plan to help fix it.”

“Such a great experience. Emily has been treating my hip and shoulder, both of which I never thought would improve, but slowly and surely they are. I have also been attending the rehab classes run by Lauren, which are just brilliant. Definitely recommend!”

“Emily literally got me back on my feet. Her skill and expertise are second to none. She explained in straightforward terms what was going on with my back and how the treatments would take effect. I was very impressed with the exercise programme she gave me, particularly the exercise App. It’s easy to use, with very clear visual instructions. I am amazed at the difference these exercises have made to my flexibility and strength. I highly recommend Emily for any physiotherapy needs.”

“Emily is an excellent physio. Having visited two others for help with a frozen shoulder with little improvement, I went to Emily who was able to work miracles, trying manipulation techniques that really helped my range of movement whilst managing the pain. I would not hesitate to use Emily again for any physiotherapy needs.”

“Saw Anne Monk and it was refreshing to have a physio who had confidence backed by many years of experience. She was clear about the difference between (back) pain and actual damage, and gave exercise routines to follow for both flexibility to keep things moving when pain was present, and strengthening exercises to help avoid repeat problems. Sometimes it is a little difficult to get through to them by phone, but overall I would highly recommend them.”
